Christmas in July is a great time to start thinking about what to make for fall craft shows. I have a couple craft shows this fall so I decided to make these little Christmas Hat Treat Holders to sell…so off to play with my paper!
In this post are links to Scrapbook.com and Amazon.com for if you would like to purchase any of the items used to make this card. 2 Crafty Little Sisters are affiliates and receive a small commission from any sales…at no additional cost to you. This helps fund the items we use to create our tutorials. We would be honored and grateful if you purchase through us. Thanks!

First of all, start by cutting out the pieces. You’ll need a cutting machine such as a Silhouette or Cricut. I have the Silhouette Cameo and love it! I would highly recommend it, the possibilities of what you can make are endless!
Download the free svg file xmas treat hat here.
Score across the edge on the inner points (at 2″), I have the Martha Stewart Crafts Scoring Board and Envelope Tool and love it!
Fold and the “teeth” to one side.
Tape or glue the ends together to form a circle.
Place a bit of glue on each tooth and glue it to the hat brim.
Cut a 1″ x 7″ strip of Christmas paper.
Glue or tape it the the hat base.
Now its time to decorate!
I cut a greenery sprig from my Sizzix die and Big Shot.
Tied a pretty bow for the front and glued on some jingle bells.
I filled a 3″ x 5″ cellophane bag with Hershey Kisses and tied a pretty bow on the top of the bag. It’s ready to give!!
