First of all, start by cutting out the card pieces. You’ll need a cutting machine such as a Silhouette or Cricut. I have the Silhouette Cameo and love it! I would highly recommend it, the possibilities of what you can make are endless!
Download the free svg file Shirt Card here,
Fold the card across the shoulders matching up the bottom.
Glue around the outside side and bottom of the pocket pieces and adhere them to the front of the shirt as shown, leaving the top unglued to slide the bobbers and hooks in.
Glue the little bobber pieces to the main bobber body.
Glue on the buckle.
Draw the stitch lines onto the pockets. I used a white Uni-ball Signo Angelic UM-120AC Gel Ink Pen 0.7 mm, this is my favorite highlighting pen.
Next cut out a piece of brown cardstock 2-1/5″ x 2-3/4″ and a piece of white 2-5/8″ x 2 . Stamp your favorite sentiment on it.
Next I shaded the edges of the papers with my ColorBox Chalk Queue Ink Pad.
Adhere them to the inside of the card.
And give to Dad!!
