As I was doing my weekly clean my desk so I can actually see it, I noticed that my pile (ok more like a big big mound LOL) of paper scraps had grown. It was clearly time to start using some of those scraps that I can not bear to throw away. Basically anything bigger than 2 x 2 inches I keep for those someday projects I might might need them for. Even though I know that I will not want to waste the time looking thru the scraps to find that perfect color I will just take a new sheet and use that. But someday I will get all those scraps organized. ahhhhhh Someday! LOL
I like to have a stash of small notecards to use for thank your cards. So I spent the afternoon going thru the scrap pile and picking out color combinations that would work well together.
The Sunny Studios Fresh & Fruity Set was just the set I wanted for my little notecards. And I must say I think they are adorable. So does my sister, but then she has to pretty much say that LOL.

Fruity Small Notecard cutting directions:
For the base card cut a sheet of white 8 ½ x 11 inch cardstock 3 x 6 inches. It should now measure 3 x 3 inches square.
Score at 3 inches and fold card. Run the bone folder over the edge to get a nice crisp fold.
Cut a piece of cute paper scrap 2 7/8 x 2 7/8 inches and adhere to the top of the white folded card.
Cut a 1 1/2 inch circle out of white cardstock.
Cut a 1 1/4 inch circle out of a coordinating paper scrap. Adhere to the white circle and adhere both to the front of the card.
Using the berry stamp, stamp 3 berries and then take the coordinating die and cut them out using the Big shot machine. I used the Spectrum Noir markers to color them in. Adhere to the front of the card using foam dots to make them pop off the card a little bit.
Stamp the sentiment of your choice on the front of the card.
