After taking a small vacation to escape the heat here in Las Vegas, I was so excited to get my Hero Arts July Monthly Kit containing stamps and coordinating dies.
After some plotting and planning I decided to use the set with my new set of Zig Real Brush markers and watercolor paper.
The watercolor effect I got with using the Zig markers was awesome. I had a great time just playing around all afternoon.
Here is the end result, a sweet little card I created for a dear friend.
Here are the Amazon links for the items I used for this card:
Zig Clean Clear Real Brush Markers, Set of 36
The Hero Arts July Monthly Kit was purchased directly from Hero Arts.

For the watercolor paper I used the Strathmore Bristol Watercolor paper. It has smooth finish that I really like when making watercolor cards.
I used the following Zig Real Brush Markers:
- 47-May Green
- 41 – Light Green
- 21 – Carmine
- 80 – Violet
- 22 – Carmine Red
- 31 – Cobalt Blue
- 65 – Mid Brown
